San Francisco - 'Train the Trainer' with the International Coaching Federation

​Karely Ordaz Salto, CSA Regional Co-Director for California and Director of CEO Affairs at the San Francisco Foundation, invites members to a special in-person session delivered in partnership with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

​This interactive “train the trainer” event will help chiefs of staff strengthen leadership and coaching capability to better support their principals and executive teams. Led by ICF-accredited coaches, the session will explore tested frameworks and coaching techniques for influencing upwards, aligning teams and embedding a coaching mindset across the organisation.

​Members will gain practical methods for leading with confidence in complex, high-growth environments, alongside opportunities for peer learning and networking before and after the session.
