The Deal Room: Return Of The Houston Comets Lexus Sports Marketing Lab

​The Deal Room is the most hands on sports marketing experience in Houston. Forget panels you just sit and watch here, you’re in the room doing the work.

​

​Attendees get real, hands on experience as brand managers, event curators, and content creators in the sports industry. You’ll be split into one of 6 teams and challenged to build a creative campaign or activation featuring Houston Comets athletes and Lexus. Each team is paired with a sports industry mentor, a Houston Comets athlete, and a local Houston company to bring the concept to life in real time.

​This isn’t just an exercise it’s a chance to build your portfolio, sharpen your pitch, and show what you can do in front of the people who make hiring and partnership decisions.

​Beyond the hands on work, you’ll network with sports industry professionals, local brands, and likeminded people building careers in this space all while helping hype up the return of our Houston Comets.
