About Event

This NYC Climate Week 2024 join Vasser Seydel, President of The Oxygen Project, and Áwet, CEO Áwet New York, for a special evening of impact, connection and conversation benefiting The Oxygen Project’s Climate Leadership Program. 

You’re invited, Tuesday, September 24th 2024 from 7-11pm, for food, Tablas Creek Regenerative-Organic wine, a panel discussion with guest speakers and a silent auction.

Agenda:

  • 7pm - welcome drinks & hors-d’oeuvres

  • 8:30pm - remarks & intergenerational panels 

  • 9:30pm - music, connection & conversation

Featuring a panel of young change-makers and a panel of three generations of women leading in climate, we’ll explore how bridging solutions across generations is essential to building a regenerative future, preventing runaway climate change, and cultivating a thriving planet for all. Speakers include:

  • Pat Mitchell (she/her) founder of TED Women and Co-Founder of Project Dandelion

  • Laura Turner Seydel (she/her) Turner Foundation Director, Producer of Common Ground and Executive Producer of Ground Swell
