AI Supply Chains @ ICML 2026

​AI Supply Chains is a regular meetup run by and for people who build and study large-scale AI infrastructure: data procurement, pre- and post-training of frontier models, downstream systems that consume these models and, most interestingly, the boundary surfaces between these steps.

​In our research and companies we work on things like:

• ​information asymmetries

• ​data evaluation and procurement

• ​learning under composition

• ​security and partial access

• ​all things dispersed learning across models, datasets, and actors

• ​tooling for ai supply chains (including weight-space / representation-based methods and topics related to model families)

​During ICML we're again bringing together a small, fun group working at the forefront of AI supply chains for debate, drinks and scheming.

​For the Seoul edition, we opened the tab at MOD, a cozy music bar in Gangnam. Drinks, snacks and chill music on us. You just bring your charm and good ideas.
