An afternoon with security expert Rainer Saks

​You are kindly invited to meet with Rainer Saks, who will share his thoughts on the security situation in Estonia, the Baltic Sea region, and Europe more broadly.

​For many years, Rainer served as the head of several Estonian government institutions, contributing to the development and implementation of Estonia’s foreign and security policy. For the past five years, he has worked as a private entrepreneur while continuing to regularly publish analyses and commentary on Ukraine, primarily in the Estonian media, but also in other publications. As of October 12th Rainer will become the national defence and security advisor to the new Estonian President Ülle Madise.

​We will discuss the most significant security threats currently facing our region and how they can be addressed.
