​Ask most managers to name their direct reports and they'll rattle off the list in seconds. Ask them who they lean on across teams, who's gone quiet on them, or which relationship is quietly draining their energy every week, and the answer usually takes a lot longer to find.

​This free session gives you a tool for that second, harder question.

​What you'll do:

​You'll draw your actual work system on paper: the people you rely on, the relationships carrying weight well, and the ones that are strained, avoided, or missing entirely. Not your reporting line. Your real system.

​We'll show you the method live, then give you time and space to build your own map and reflect on it.

​You'll leave with:

​A visual map of the relationships shaping your work right now

​Clarity on which one relationship, if it improved, would lighten your load the most

​A concrete next step on a conversation you've been putting off
