​There’s no one way into the creative industry, and no two journeys look the same.

​No One Way In is an intimate panel discussion and networking experience bringing together emerging creatives and industry professionals for honest conversations about building a career in the creative world.

​Hosted by Olive Collective Agency (OCA), the evening is all about opening up conversations that aren't always had, sharing real experiences and making the industry feel a little more accessible.

​We'll be joined by four creatives working across brand partnerships, photography, film and music, each sharing their journey, the challenges they've faced and what they've learnt along the way.

​Meet The Panel:

• ​Film Abdi – A Photographer: A self-taught photographer specialising in visual storytelling, capturing people, culture and experiences through his lens. His portfolio includes work with brands and events such as Adidas, Baller League, Cadbury and Unity Cup.

• ​Stay Wavey – DJ & Music Industry Professional: A multi-genre DJ, radio presenter and host with experience both on stage and behind the scenes, spanning tour management, artist liaison and talent management for the likes of Glastonbury Festival, Nike and Converse.

• ​Josh Agamlong – Editor & Colourist: An editor and colourist working across agency and post-production, bringing stories to life through digital content and TV commercials for brands including Nike, BBC, Sainsbury's, Argos and Compare the Market.

• ​Zak Agnew – Senior Partner Manager: Working at the intersection of partnerships, culture and creative careers, with a focus on creating opportunities for emerging talent. His experience includes projects with the Creative Lives In Progress, The Design Museum and Somerset House.
