💡 The Search Party is a virtual meetup for designers in and around Stockholm who are looking for their next role.
❤️ Designers are built for collaboration. There's no reason the job search should be the one thing we do by ourselves.
One hour, each session:
🔹 Round the room: what you did, what you're stuck on, what you need
🔹 What's worked
🔹 Hot seat: one person gets the group's full attention
🔹 Leads, intros, resources
🔹 And some venting (time boxed)
It's not a support group, though support is part of it. The goal is that everyone leaves with something they didn't arrive with: a lead, an intro, or just the confidence that this is doable.
