Launch of the Women in FinancialServices Rwanda 2025 Study

​Access to Finance Rwanda in collaboration with The National Bank of Rwanda and Women in Finance Rwanda Foundation is pleased to invite you to the launch of the Women in Financial Services Rwanda 2025 Study on 15 June 2026, at the Kigali Marriott Hotel.

​The study establishes the first comprehensive, evidence-based baseline on women’s participation, career progression, and leadership representation across Rwanda’s financial services sector.

​The launch will convene senior stakeholders, and relevant partners from across government, financial services, development institutions, and the private sector to discuss key findings and the actionable recommendations to support a more inclusive, competitive, and resilient financial services sector.
