​What keeps a good idea alive isn't a big launch — it's a minimum viable action: something small enough to repeat in week two, when the energy of starting wears off and nothing has replaced it yet.

​This workshop looks at what happens after the first step — the routines, habits, and small repeated actions that carry an idea past the point where most people give up. It draws on the science of habit formation and applies it directly to the work of building something: a business, a creative practice, a side project, anything that needs you to show up more than once.

​Through a series of guided exercises, we'll work through:

• ​why a minimum viable action — the habit version of an MVP — beats an ambitious one you'll quit by week two

• ​the four-part loop behind every habit — cue, craving, response, reward — and how to use it on purpose

• ​stacking a new habit onto a routine you already run, instead of starting from zero

• ​building habits around who you want to become, not just what you want to finish

• ​treating self-care as part of the system that keeps you working, not the reward for finishing it

​This is not a lecture on productivity hacks or morning routines copied from someone else's life. It's a hands-on session about building habits that fit the way you actually work, and that hold up once the initial motivation runs out.

​We built this workshop for students interested in small business, creative entrepreneurship, side projects, branding, food concepts, fashion, media, events, or community-building.

​No business idea required.
