Breakout: Women-Only: Being Nice vs Being Kind

​Join fellow Long Angle ladies to discuss how we grow into women who are kind, confident, and clear, without defaulting to being nice, waiting our turn, etc.

​There's a book called Unlearning Silence by Elaine Lin Hering that discusses why women stay quiet, hesitate to ask questions, or wait to be chosen. If you have time, please read/listen to this book, but it is not a requirement. We'll take some questions from the book to help us dive into this further. We'll dive into how we can unlearn those patterns in our relationships, workplaces, and communities.
