Women in Mobility invites you to our side event during the Smart Mobility Summit
We are 3.5 years away from 2030, yet we are not where we aimed to be fully by then. Each round table will discuss a different topic - explore the gaps and how to close them by the end of this decade.
Join us for roundtable discussions focused on the future of mobility in Israel and beyond, each table will be led and facilitated, conclusions will be shared publically.
• Table 1 - Autonomous Vehicles
Israeli technologies are part of leading this revolution gloablly, though non are implemented locally. Israel was suppose to have AVs in the streets in 2022, what happened? What can happen? Is there room for AI to accelerate this space?
• Table 2 - Light Rail, Metro & Public Transportation
Alot of investments in this field, how do we make it all truly seamless and connected?
• Table 3 - Women's Sense of Safety in Public Transport
Women are 60% of public transport users — yet our safety, needs, and daily experiences are still not fully reflected in planning and operations. How do we design systems that work better for everyone?
• Table 4 - Micromobility
Successful implementation, yet we are far from making it safe for riders and pedestrians, how do we solve this within 3 years?
• Table 5 - Robotics & Physical AI
Some of the greatest opportunities for tech companies in our community, what is needed to lead in this field by 2030?
• Table 6 - Women in Mobility
After 8 years of activity, where should the WIM community go next? What are the needs of our members, how should we evolve, and how can we better connect with global Women in Mobility communities?
• Table 7 - Dual/TripleUse
Many tech companies have diverted to Defense or other sectors in order to find lower hanging fruits due to the industry's global hurdles. What are the successful use cases? What's important to be aware of? What needs to be done to push this further? Should we?
