We understand that plans change. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking — by completing a booking with Fearless & Faithful Fitness, you agree to the terms below.

If we cancel a class, you will be offered one of the following:

Credits are non-refundable upon expiry. Extensions may be considered in exceptional circumstances (such as medical reasons, with supporting documentation) at our discretion — please reach out before your pass expires.

Passes are for individual use only and are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

Exceptional circumstances & force majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including severe weather, venue unavailability, public health orders, or other force majeure events — we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or issue a credit. Refunds in these situations will be considered at our discretion.

Please contact us as early as possible. We're a small, faith-based operation and genuinely appreciate your understanding. We'll always do our best to find a fair solution.
