​Rachel Meese, Head of UCD at Digital Health and Care Wales, will reflect on building a user-centred design team in the Welsh public sector, and share lessons from helping senior leaders recognise the value of user-centred design in shaping better services.

Andy Regan, Head of Nesta Cymru, leads Nesta’s work to shape policy in Wales and bring innovation into policymaking. He’ll share how a test-and-learn approach can help governments tackle complex challenges.

Omar Idris, Head of Design at Perago and a non-executive director at Down to Earth. He’ll share how a test-and-learn approach helps teams quickly find what works, with less risk.
