Meet your speakers
Gerta Malaj is the cofounder of YourNegotiations.com and a negotiations expert with over a decade of experience consulting execs, mid-careers, and companies on negotiating job offers and business deals. She has helped hundreds of clients add $100K to $1M+ to their compensation packages.
Gerta has trained with world-class negotiators from MIT and Harvard Law School, and her career spans big tech (LinkedIn, Salary.com, IBM), global biotech (Sanofi), startups (VC-backed founder, advisor), and venture capital (Ops Partner at South Park Commons).
She holds a Master's in Logistics Engineering from MIT and a degree in Math from Wellesley College.
Alex Choi is the cofounder of YourNegotiations.com with 10+ years of experience spanning tech, startups, and government.
He began his career as an Air Force officer developing military software systems and negotiating defense contracts with aerospace companies.
After earning an MBA from Wharton Business School and MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, Alex transitioned to product and marketing roles across big tech (Instagram / Meta) and hypergrowth startups (Alchemy).
He is also a 3x founder across the creator, real estate, and social impact sectors and a former professional extreme sports athlete (military parachuting instructor, sponsored BASE jumper).
