12 Principles for Better Collaboration
Great teams work together to outperform even their best members, but many fall short of their potential. This experiential learning workshop teaches you to avoid pitfalls and engineer teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
This session is more than a lecture. You will learn by engaging in hands-on decision scenarios with other participants to analyze where collaboration goes wrong and how you can ensure success. Participants will leave with the 12 Principles Action Guide, a toolkit of 17 evidence-based practices that can be directly applied to improve a group's collective intelligence.
Dinner will be provided.
