​June brings us Juneteenth and Pride Month, and The Intoxicologist's Table is honoring both with a single powerful truth: marginalized communities have always built joy, culture, and celebration as acts of resistance.

​When the world told Black Americans we didn't belong, we created jazz clubs, speakeasies, ran numbers, and cocktail culture that changed the game. When the world told LGBTQ+ folks to hide, they built bars that became sanctuaries, movements, and revolutions.

​Tonight, ChinaMoon honors the Bartenders, the drag queens, the community builders, and the cultural architects who poured drinks while building something bigger than themselves.

​You will taste Tom Bullock's Old Fashioned, named after the first Black Bartender to publish a cocktail book in 1917, and understand how his recipes shaped the trade of American Bartending even when his name was erased.

​You will sip The Stonewall, a rainbow-layered tribute to the 1969 uprising that sparked the modern Pride movement. And you will toast with a Champagne finale that celebrates both Juneteenth's red drink tradition and PRIDE's unapologetic joy.
