Le RIVAGE: Chef Imad Hasnain

​The Third Mind presents Le Rivage, an interpretation of Pakistani flavors through French culinary technique. From the mind of Chef Imad Hasnain, the menu carries the finesse of his work at The Modern, MoMA's two-Michellin-starred restaurant, while being rooted in his Pakistani heritage.

​Fittingly, Le Rivage, French for “the shore,” looks to Karachi’s playful coastline while drawing on the freshest seasonal ingredients from the American East Coast. Its name also recalls Riwaj, the Urdu word for tradition in a quiet nod to the culinary heritage at the heart of the menu.

​Guest list registration is required for entry, with admission on a first-come, first-served basis. Food will be available in limited quantities until sold out.
