Join us on Sunday August 30th, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM for a fun Ladies Only Open Mat. Women from all clubs, teams and experience are welcome.
Before we hit the mats, our lovely Ana will teach us how to get those stylish fighter chick braids (some of us need the help 😅).
Expect good rolls, good vibes and great company. Bring your friends!
