The leadership gap: a breakfast for ops leaders

Ops leaders spend most of their week solving other people's problems. Rarely does anyone help them with their own leadership.
This breakfast is built to fix that. You'll be with a small group of Heads of Ops, COOs and founders, and Logan Black, MD at Unleashed, facilitating the conversation as it goes. Bring a real leadership challenge, get time on it, and hear how other people at your level are handling theirs.
In this session, we'll:
🔹 Open the floor to whatever's hardest for you right now, and build the session around it
🔹 Work through real leadership challenges together, with fresh perspectives from peers who are in it too
🔹 Leave you with fresh angles on the specific leadership challenge you brought in
What to expect:
A workshop-style breakfast session with space for peer discussion and shared problem solving. Small, interactive, and shaped entirely by what attendees bring in.
The breakfast is capped at 16 people. When you request a place, we’ll ask you a few short questions to help us bring together people with similar responsibilities and overlapping challenges - and make the conversation genuinely valuable for everyone taking part.
Please request a place by 10 September. We’ll confirm the group by 11 September. If we can’t accommodate you this time, we’ll come back to you with future dates.
You should join us if you're:
✅ A Head of Ops, COO, or senior leader managing a team or owning a domain
✅ A founder or C-suite leader who wants a direct hand in how your managers lead
✅ You’re willing to contribute your own experience as well as learn from others
However, you're unlikely to benefit if:
❌ You're not currently managing anyone or don't have a leadership challenge in mind to bring
❌ You’re looking for a presentation, structured framework or take-home toolkit rather than an open peer discussion
