ON Community Workshop: How do we set up a well-functioning leadership team?

​When it comes to scaling up, organisational design comes with numerous different challenges. This time, we'll be tackling the question at the very top - with a challenge brought by Amanda Green, Head of Operations at Unitary, we’ll be talking about how to set up a well-functioning leadership team.

​Testing out a new format, this will be a new type of event: our very first community workshop. We assembled a small group of participants, who are either the most senior ops people within their company, or ops consultants, but definitely have experience in building a leadership team:
