Join Helen Evans, who has spent almost three decades in sales, at organisations like WSP, Capgemini Engineering, and Babcock International. She founded Business Growth Support Services to support founder-led businesses that have outgrown informal selling but aren't ready for a full-time Sales Director. Her focus is replacing founder-dependent selling with something predictable: clear structure, a repeatable rhythm, and pipeline data you can actually trust.
Helen’s view is that most sales problems are really leadership problems. What works through instinct and personal relationships stops working as a business grows, and the fix isn't more effort, it's design. As she puts it, sales should become boring, reliable and controllable.
