In Remote Work Needs Community, Victoria will share lessons from building community across Ireland and leading a European Erasmus+ Impact project focused on helping remote workers connect and take action locally. Together, we'll explore how community builders can move beyond events and engagement tactics to create genuine belonging, activate local leaders, and strengthen communities at scale.
