There's a point where the thing holding your business back isn't your pipeline, your pricing or your marketing. It's that there are only so many hours in your week, and you are doing all of them.
Most of the advice aimed at that moment assumes you're about to make your first hire. For a lot of founders that isn't the answer, or at least not yet. What you actually need is the version in between: knowing what to hand over, who to hand it to, and what to stop doing altogether.
This practical session covers the full range. VAs, contractors, agencies, and the jobs you should automate before you pay anyone at all. You'll leave knowing what's genuinely delegable in your business, what you need to have in place before any of it works, and when outsourcing isn't the right answer yet.
Join Naomi Wachner, founder of award-winning Calibre Executives, a specialist VA agency supporting established service-based founders and small teams, and a mentor to founders juggling a business alongside everything else. She's observed first-hand what good delegation looks like and will share practical ways to get outsourcing right from the start. Through her agency and mentoring work, she helps founders create the operational and personal capacity to grow profitable businesses without running themselves into the ground.
