Tripod Beta Bronze is a 3-day intensive public course designed for HSE professionals, investigators, and operations managers who want to move beyond surface-level root cause analysis.
This is the only Tripod Beta course in Malaysia facilitated by a trainer jointly certified by Stichting Tripod Foundation and Energy Institute UK.

What you'll learn over 3 days:
Day 1: Tripod Beta fundamentals — events, barriers, and causation chains
Day 2: Building the Tripod diagram — preconditions, underlying causes, and BRFs
Day 3: Writing the investigation report and presenting findings

Cancellation Policy:
Registration is confirmed at sign-up, no upfront payment required. Course fees for eligible participants are claimed through HRD Corp.
14+ working days' notice: cancel or reschedule at no charge.
7-13 working days' notice: a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee applies, invoiced directly to you.
Less than 7 working days' notice, or no-show: a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee applies, invoiced directly to you.
Cancellation fees are billed directly and are separate from HRD Corp. HRD Corp reimburses only for completed, attended training, so a cancellation fee is not recoverable through your HRD Corp claim.
If Cikgu Barrier cancels or postpones this course (e.g. minimum participants not met), no cancellation fees apply to any registrant.
