​About the Speakers:

​Dan Phung is the Head of Engineering at Chorus, where he leads engineering strategy and execution for a company at the intersection of music and technology. Dan brings over 15 years of experience building high-impact teams across domains, most notably scaling software teams and development processes at Clip Health to deliver FDA-authorized at-home diagnostic products, and shaping product and engineering strategy at Orion. A mentor and leader at heart, Dan emphasizes growth, psychological safety, and a collaborative culture.

​Preeti Shukla is a seasoned engineering and product executive with 20 years of experience leading engineering, product, and design teams across startups and Fortune 100s, from early-stage to $1B+ ARR. She currently leads the engineering team at a stealth AI job search platform. Most recently, she served as Head of Engineering & Product at JustFund, where she built the entire tech org from scratch and drove major product improvements. Preeti is also an Engineering Thought Leader at Forbes Technology Council and is known for growing high-performing, inclusive engineering orgs. She blends technical depth with a strong sense of mentorship and collaboration.
