Let’s Talk: An Open Dialogue on Mental Health
Just because a struggle cannot be seen or touched does not mean it is not real.
Join EO PH Learning for an open and practical conversation on mental health — how to recognize possible signs, start difficult conversations, offer meaningful support, and know when professional help may be needed.
As founders, spouses, parents, and employers, we're often the people others turn to when something feels wrong — while sometimes being the least likely to admit when we need help ourselves.
This session gives participants practical language, perspective, and tools for moments that can be difficult to understand or name, whether they show up at home, in the workplace, or within ourselves.
What You'll Walk Out With
Recognize possible early warning signs in yourself, a spouse, child, colleague, or employee
Know how to start a supportive conversation with someone who may be struggling
Better understand how to ask for help yourself
Learn what practical support can look like at home and in the workplace
Understand when a situation may require support from a qualified mental health professional
Gain perspectives from both mental health professionals and individuals with lived or personal experience
