Join the conversation: ON Membership - June 11
Hello wONderful community members!
The ON Team welcomes you to join a transparent and honest community conversation about ON's move to a paid membership model.
We'll share how we got here, where we're going, and why we believe this is the right step for our community.
Whether you're excited, curious, or still undecided, this is a space to ask questions, hear directly from the ON team, and feel grounded in our shared mission.
We also welcome any thoughts you have about what you'd like to see from ON in the future.
💬 What’s this all about?
This isn’t just an update session – it’s a space to build together.
We’ve always welcomed feedback and ideas, but often it’s on a 1:1 basis or through occasional surveys. With the launch of the Membership, we want to really bring the conversation into the open, with everyone in the room.
Think of this as:
A chance to hear directly from the ON leadership about why we’re introducing Membership and what it means.
An opportunity to ask your questions live, get clarity, or voice concerns.
A moment to offer suggestions, share feedback, and be part of shaping what we build next – together.
👋 Who's hosting this?
The discussion will be facilitated by ON Founders Aušrinė and Charlene, and Member Experience Manager Iulia.
And if you've ever wondered who else is behind the scenes, this is also a great chance to meet the rest of the ON Team. ✨
📌 What should I expect?
We’ll start with our Founders, who will take us through the past, present, and future of ON:
ON's story, mission, and values
Why this shift is happening now, what it entails, and the general updates
Our aspirational roadmap for ON
Then, we’ll open the floor for Q&A, ideas, and open discussion.
⏳ No need to stay for the full hour – feel free to drop in or out whenever it works for you.
Whether you’ve been with us since the start or you’re just getting to know Operations Nation, this is your space to connect, contribute, and co-create the future of our community.
Bring your questions, your thoughts, and your energy – we can’t wait to see you there! ✨
