The Universal Celebration Hackathon is a celebration of creativity, entrepreneurship, and the next generation of AI-powered companies. Bring your ideas, experiment with new possibilities, and turn your vision into something real.
This hackathon is about more than building prototypes, chatbots, or collections of AI agents. It’s about imagining what happens when AI agents become a team of digital people who can collaborate, communicate, make decisions, and perform real-world work together.
The Challenge
Build an AI-powered company, business, or organization run by a team of AI agents.
Your challenge is to create an AI-native business that demonstrates how multiple specialized agents can work together in a practical, real-world use case.
Think beyond a conventional startup team. Your agents could run a restaurant, manage a retail shop, operate a travel agency, coordinate social services, produce a film, or build an entirely new kind of business.
Each agent should have a distinct role, responsibility, personality, and character. Give them avatars and voices, and demonstrate how they interact with one another, exchange information, delegate tasks, make decisions, and work toward a shared goal.
The agents should do more than talk. They should use tools, conduct research, automate workflows, execute tasks, manage business operations, and deliver tangible outcomes.
The key question is:
What happens when you give a team of AI agents a real-world mission, distinct identities, and the tools to get the job done?
What to Build
Build a working prototype of a real-world operation powered by a team of collaborating AI agents.
Your project should:
Solve a real problem: Identify a practical need, business opportunity, or community challenge.
Create at least five AI agents: Give each agent a distinct role, responsibility, character, avatar, and voice.
Demonstrate real interactions: Show agents communicating, sharing context, coordinating responsibilities, and making decisions together.
Operate in a real-world use case: Demonstrate your agents performing actual business or organizational tasks, rather than simply discussing what they could do.
Use tools and automation: Enable agents to conduct browser-based and deep research, execute code in a sandbox, and automate workflows.
Build with reliability and security: Include code review, code-quality checks, and security vulnerability detection and remediation as part of your development workflow.
Show business value: Explain how your AI-powered company delivers value, serves customers or communities, and could grow over time.
Your agents might include a CEO, product manager, engineer, marketer, salesperson, finance specialist, or customer-support representative. Alternatively, they could be a chef, restaurant manager, inventory coordinator, and customer-service team working together to run a restaurant.
The roles should make sense for the real-world operation you choose.
Choose one or multiple tracks and build your company within them.

Sponsors & Tools
Masky.AI
Masky.ai gives agents a face, voice, and brain. At the hackathon we'll give credits to clone yourself or bring your own characters to life.
Then bring your agents into Maskord.com - discord for humans and agents. Connect agents built with your favorite coding harnesses and let your friends, teammates, and their agents all talk and work together in the same channels.
Aly will talk briefly about mental wellness and Living Book where she turned herself and her book into an interactive voice/avatar agent that creates audio and talks with fans online identifying social media posts and giving her notifications when people post content related to her focus.
$800 in prizes awarded to teams that keep human communities safe as we bring this new intelligence online at scale. Agents should participate in human communities, not replace them. Masky is the place where the agent workforce becomes social.
Cognee
Cognee is an open-source AI memory and knowledge engine that helps applications organize, connect, and retrieve information from different data sources. Check out https://www.cognee.ai

Synk
Snyk is a developer-first cybersecurity platform that helps teams build fast without compromising on security. As developers rely heavily on AI to write code at unprecedented speeds, Snyk continuously scans and secures application code, open-source dependencies, containers, and cloud environments right within the developer’s workflow. For an AI hackathon, it matters because shipping code quickly with AI generators or autonomous agents also means shipping security risks at machine speed. Snyk acts as an intelligent security layer, catching vulnerabilities and automatically applying verified fixes in real time—allowing builders to ship ambitious AI projects safely and with complete confidence.
At this event you will learn:
1) Sign-up for free (no credit card required), how to import your code, and configure your AI coding tool
2) Free AI Security Engineer Foundations Certificate
