About Event
Everyone knows that effective leaders delegate. But what if delegation isn't always the answer? What happens when work comes back incomplete, relationships become strained, or leaders let go of responsibilities they should have kept?
This messy fishbowl discussion will explore the realities of delegation, the difference between empowerment and abdication, and what experienced leaders have learned the hard way.
Fishbowl conversations replace presentations with participation. The guests start the conversation and invite participants to step in, contribute and shape the dialogue together.
