Action Day - LFTD x NY Cares

​Emma's Torch trains refugees and asylum seekers for careers in the culinary arts. On June 11th, LFTD shows up to help their students practice one of the hardest parts of starting over: the interview.

​We'll run mock interviews, real conversations, real feedback, real practice, as part of the students' culinary apprenticeship program. You don't need HR experience. You need to show up, listen, and be honest.

​Two and a half hours. A room in Inwood. Work that actually matters to a specific person sitting across from you.
