Reframing your perception of time. | Pillars Network x Shaghf Café
What if giving time to Allah didn’t take time away from your work, but helped you get more work done?
About the event
You have the same 24 hours as everyone else, and lately it never feels like enough.
Back to school, fall internships, new-grad roles, Q4 at work. Life is about to get full, fast. And your religion can easily become the thing you keep meaning to get back to.
Because when time feels scarce, worship can start to feel like one more thing competing for it.
But what if we have it backwards?
He who created time can make time work in your favour.
It can look like finishing an assignment in half the time you expected.
A paycheck that somehow stretches to the end of the month.
Getting more done in the hour after Fajr prayer than in an entire planned afternoon.
And worship is not limited to the moments we traditionally label as "religious."
With the right intention, your work, studies, relationships and responsibilities can themselves become acts done for the sake of Allah.
Join Pillars Network for an end-of-summer coffee chat and an honest, practical conversation about what barakah actually is, where it comes from and how our relationship with Allah can reshape the way we think about time, work and everyday life.
Walk in feeling like there are never enough hours.
Walk out seeing your 24 hours in a whole new way.
Spots for this event are limited. The night will run on honest, small-group conversation, so we are looking for people who are ready to show up and take part.
Your ticket includes admission to the event and one drink from Shaghf Café.
