People Communication & Employer Branding in the AI Era
What will AI say about your organisation when candidates ask where they should work?
On 30 September, Employer Branding Community brings together communication, employer brand, culture and talent professionals for an evening in Warsaw focused on the questions already changing our work.
We’ll look at how organisations are discovered, compared and trusted in an AI-shaped world; why so many EVPs sound interchangeable; and how companies can connect with Gen Z while building their next generation of leaders.
🤙 The speakers
🟣 Modiara Kamps — Head of Employer Branding and Events - EMESA, Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
How employer brands appear in AI recommendations — and which signals determine who gets seen, compared and chosen.
Modiara will share a pioneering approach to measuring employer-brand visibility, reputation and positioning across AI tools. BCG is also shortlisted this year in both the Employer Brand Management Awards and the Recruitment Marketing Awards.
🟣 Jake Bustos — Employer Brand & Early Careers Director, Europe, The Coca-Cola Company
How Coca-Cola uses early-careers strategy to attract Gen Z and build its next generation of leaders.
🟣 Kathryn Kneller, SCMP® — Senior Leadership Communications Advisor, Brennan Young Communications and Chair of IABC EMENA
Why interchangeable EVP language fails — and how to create one that could only belong to your organisation.
🤙 What to expect
Practical perspectives, honest discussion and time to ask questions directly. The programme is designed for people working across:
communication and corporate affairs
employer brand and recruitment marketing
culture, people and talent
early careers and employee experience
There will also be plenty of time to meet others working on similar challenges across the region.
🤙 How to register
This is a fully non-profit event. Instead of buying a standard ticket, participants make a donation directly to Children of Heroes, a foundation supporting Ukrainian children who have lost one or both parents because of the war.
One donation reserves one place. The available donation levels are:
