From first experiments to full-on automations, our in-person workshops bring TA leaders together to share how they’re using AI, where it's making a difference and what they want to implement next.
For our biggest event yet, we’re spending half a day on Tuesday 29th September, tackling the challenges of AI adoption in TA.
You'll hear from women leading AI across talent teams of every size and stage, before getting hands-on yourself, guided by Scede and Luke Morton, Founder at First.cx, to build an AI solution for your own TA team

A practical look at what’s working with AI in Talent Acquisition, from real implementation stories to the tools worth your time, led by women building with AI in their teams today. Moderated by Scede.

11:00am – Hands-on build session (with beginner, intermediate and advanced builds)
Bring a laptop and whatever AI tools you use. Choose one of three builds based on your AI fluency. Whether you're just getting started with AI or building more advanced agents, we'll make sure you walk away with something tangible to take back to your team.
1:00pm – Networking lunch
Step away from the LLMs, resume networking and enjoy a freshly prepped lunch, on us.
2:00pm – Show & tell session
An optional opportunity to share your build, whilst also hearing what challenges other TA teams are solving with AI right now.
2:30pm – Event ends
Leave with practical ideas, new connections and a few goodies to take home.
