Limiting Beliefs - Identifying & Overcoming what Prevents You from Your True Potential
We walk around with invisible walls we've built years ago and never question.
This session is about finding those walls and starting the process of tearing them down.
We'll work through a structured framework for identifying the beliefs that quietly shape your decisions, your comfort zone, and the gap between where you are and where you could be. Think of it as a personal audit, but for the operating system running underneath everything you do.
This session is co-hosted by Calin Drimbeau. Calin is an Interpersonal Dynamics Facilitator at Stanford GSB and brings 10 years of experience as a CPO and CEO from start-ups in Europe and the U.S.
Agenda
How to surface hidden beliefs using dissonance, fear mapping, and honest self-assessment
How to refine those beliefs once you find them
Practical approaches to actually changing them (some of these can be facilitated in person whilst others need to be accomplished individually)
How to help others through the same process, especially at major life inflection points
Whether you're a founder hitting a ceiling, someone navigating a big life transition, or just someone who suspects they're leaving potential on the table, this one's for you.
Important Logistics:
Please bring a notebook. Be ready to be honest with yourself in a room full of people doing the same thing. We're limiting capacity to be able to break out into smaller groups.
