The Lion City Michelin Food Race 2026 - 11 Oct
For two mornings only, during the one week Singapore holds Token2049, Sui Basecamp, and the Grand Prix, a small, deliberately capped group will race between three Michelin stops, tracing how spice shaped three different communities’ place in Singapore’s food history.
The Experience
Each stop is earned, not shown.
A puzzle rooted in that neighbourhood’s own history, solved on your phone, before the tasting location reveals itself.
What you collect along the way travels with you, and means more than it first appears to.
The morning ends at a secret location that isn’t a restaurant.
Part cultural space, part home of a supper club chef, filled with one collector’s photographs and curios.
Over the course of a series of tasting bites and drinks, you will be fed with a story that moves from a global lens down to something entirely local.
