8/8 Aligned

​Join us for 8/8 Aligned, an evening designed to move your body, settle your mind, and celebrate the energy of a truly special day. Madison Sha, Jessica Lauren, and Tiffani McReynolds are bringing together fitness, reflection, and a little sparkle for a memorable experience at Frequency Method. Tiffani, owner of Selah Pilates in Waldo and a professional hurdler for Team USA, will lead an athletic-inspired Pilates session.

​After the workout, stay for a mindset experience, a 30-minute sound bath, shopping, and champagne. Infused IV therapy will be in house offering B12 shots. Wyld n Thyme will be providing juice. It is the kind of day that leaves you feeling refreshed, lifted, and ready to enjoy the rest of your evening. Come dressed to move and ready to unwind, connect, and toast to alignment on 8/8.
