Liv Longevity VO2 Max & Grip Strength Test (10min) 11 slots offered (you will receive a Luma Blast with a link to book your time slot).
Sauna infusion (30min) led by Josi from Soma Experience and Margaux from Berlin Sweat Spots. Three slots: 7:20 PM, 8:15 PM, and 9:10 PM. Bring towel, swimsuit mandatory, flip flops.
Afterwork Tension Release (30min), led by Alex from Soma Experience. Three slots: 7:20 PM, 8:15 PM, and 9:10 PM.
Pricing
This event is completely free, including the wellness activities that work on a first come, first serve basis. The coworking day is a separate ticket costing 20€. You need to book it directly on the other Luma event here.
