The Future of Active Hive 🐝 Passing the Torch
Active Hive represents so much good in my life, and I know it means a lot to many of you, too. I’ve always wanted this to be your community, not just mine. Now, the time has come to put that into practice.
I am embarking on a new personal journey: moving to the countryside for the next two years to change my lifestyle. While I do this, my focus within the community will shift towards our national and European expansion, and potentially creating a physical space/HQ for Active Hive near Lisbon.
But I can't focus on my new life while managing our present here.
I need to step back, and the future of Active Hive Lisbon now depends entirely on whether this community can sustain itself.
This isn't a goodbye... it's an evolution!
On September 2nd, I want to share this transition with you and find the people who will take the wheel and lead Active Hive Lisbon into the future.
What we will cover in this gathering:
The Big Picture: Presentation of the 2-year plan, the HQ vision, and the national/European expansion.
Open Floor: A space to hear your ideas, opinions, and suggestions for the future of Active Hive Lisbon.
Building the Team: Choosing a new core "administration" team to share the management load, making it sustainable and enjoyable for everyone.
