The Crystal Atelier — Winter Solstice Edition
You walk into a crystal shop and you’re surrounded by them: hundreds of stones, every shape and colour, each with a little card telling you what it’s “for.”
You’d love to take one home, but you don’t know where to start. So you pick the prettiest one, or the one the list recommends, and it ends up on a shelf, beautiful and a little silent.
This atelier is about changing that.
Not only a lesson on crystals, but a way to build a real, living relationship with them: through your body, your cycle and the season you’re in.
What we’ll explore together
How to choose a crystal with your intuition, whether you’re at home or standing in a shop
What a crystal’s shape, colour and texture tell you, from tumbled stones to points, spheres and clusters
How to cleanse, charge and program it, simply enough that you’ll actually keep doing it
Which crystals support you in each phase of your cycle and each season of the year
How to bring them into daily life: at home, at work, while you sleep
What you take home
Your own crystal, chosen intuitively during the atelier to hold your intention for 2027
A guide card to keep working with crystals after we part, and to choose your next ones with confidence
Why now
We gather just before the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, when the light begins to return. It’s the threshold to choose what you want to carry into the new year, and to anchor it in something you can hold in your hand.

About the host:
I’m Lorella, Italian, living in Paris after years between Florence, Milan and Dublin. I’ve spent 20 years in the corporate world, and alongside it I’ve followed a very different path: crystal therapy, aromatherapy, womb healing and shamanic work.
Through Dvina I hold space for women at turning points in their lives, and crystals have been my companions all along the way. I’d love to share what they’ve taught me.
My work focuses on feminine / family healing and cyclical wisdom, helping women reconnect with the rhythms of their body and the moon, and bring that awareness into their daily lives.
