About Event
Logos Circle Jos is organising a one-day community medical outreach aimed at providing basic healthcare services and promoting health awareness among members of our community.
The outreach will provide free basic health screenings and eye care services to approximately 60 community members, helping individuals understand their health status and identify potential health concerns that may require further medical attention.
Services will include:
Genotype and blood group testing.
Blood pressure checks.
Body temperature checks.
Malaria and typhoid screening.
Basic eye examinations and eye care services.
Health education and guidance.
Why it matters
Access to basic healthcare and regular health checks should not be a privilege. Unfortunately, many people go about their daily lives without knowing important details about their health, sometimes because of limited access to healthcare or the cost of medical tests.
Through this outreach, we hope to make essential health checks more accessible, encourage early detection of potential health concerns, and remind people of the importance of taking care of their health.
