Have you ever noticed how some days you feel energized, focused, and connected, while others leave you feeling scattered, exhausted, or overwhelmed?
We often look for big changes to feel better. A new routine, a different supplement, an earlier wake-up time. Yet sometimes the most meaningful place to begin is with the small things we do consistently.
Our daily rhythms influence far more than our schedules. They play an important role in our nervous system, hormones, energy, mood, sleep, and overall well-being.
And just like a garden needs something to support its growth, our daily lives benefit from a foundation that helps the things we value take root.
Think of a trellis.
At first, it's simply a framework. Nothing elaborate. But with time, attention, and consistency, it supports something beautiful as it grows.
Our daily rhythms can work much the same way. Small, intentional practices become the structure that supports how we feel, function, and experience our lives.
You don't have to change your entire life to begin changing how you experience it.
What We'll Experience Together
We'll begin with a guided SOMA Breathwork experience incorporating rhythmic breathing, music, gentle meditation, and relaxation. An opportunity to slow down, become more present, and experience how intentional breathing can influence the way we feel.
Then we'll explore the science behind our daily rhythms and how the habits we build can support our mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
Together, we'll explore:
Guided SOMA Breathwork: A gentle, music-supported breathing and meditation experience. No previous experience needed.
The Science of Daily Rhythm: How our nervous system, circadian rhythms, stress response, and hormones influence energy, mood, focus, and sleep.
The Trellis: Understanding how small, consistent practices create a supportive framework for lasting habits.
Four Daily Anchors: Simple ways to support our mornings, movement, nourishment, and evening recovery.
Creating Your Own Rhythm: Identifying realistic practices that fit your life, priorities, and personal needs.
Reflection & Intention: Guided journaling and a small creative activity to help bring your intentions into everyday life.
