London Satellite 📡 🇬🇧 Evaleval micro conference: Embedding evaluators in practice
EvalEval, in collaboration with Poindexter Labs is hosting a London satellite event on October 24!
The tentative plan: gather locally for an informal meet and mingle, tune into the San Francisco livestream together at 5:00 PM BST (9:00 AM PT) for the first half of the conference, and then log off when they take their lunch break so we can head out for drinks nearby.

4:00 PM – Doors Open & Welcome Snacks
5:00 PM – Livestream Begins: Keynotes & Panel Sessions
-> Syncing live with the San Francisco micro-conference program, featuring panels on evaluator perspectives, policy impact, and interactive breakout discussions.
9:00 PM – Livestream Wrap & Evening Social
-> Stream concludes as the San Francisco session breaks for lunch. We’ll head to a nearby pub to continue the conversation over drinks and casual networking.

Join us on October 24, 2026 for an invite-only hybrid microconference (in-person + virtual) exploring how embedded AI evaluations can be independent, rigorous, and consequential in practice. We're bringing together evaluators, researchers, AI developers, policymakers, and civil society organizations for candid discussions and collaborative agenda-setting. Please answer the questions if you're interested in attending or contributing as a panelist. Space is limited, and signing up does not guarantee an invitation.
