Join Trinity for a 50-minute flexibility session designed to help you improve overall mobility, flexibility, body awareness, and control. Whether you’re working toward deeper stretches, better movement quality, or building strength in your range of motion, this class is designed to help you progress safely and intentionally.
We’ll move through a full-body warm-up, targeted mobility drills, and a mix of active + passive stretching to help you open up deeper without forcing your body.

• Deep, intentional warm-up
• Active flexibility + strength work
• Mobility drills for better range of motion
• Supported stretches for deeper release
• Hands-on guidance and cues (when applicable)
