AE night by fonio 🇪🇸🇮🇹
Dinner, live demo & a final-interview slot for you. Limited to 25 spots.
We’re building fonio’s Italian and Spanish sales teams out of Barcelona, and we’re doing it fast. So instead of three interview rounds over two weeks, we’re doing one evening. Rooftop dinner, drinks, and the fonio team that just landed in Barcelona.
What you get
The strongest of the night get a final interview next week. Everyone hears from us by next Monday.
€70k–€120k OTE: base plus commission on target, uncapped.
A real look at the job: what it’s actually like to work as an AE at fonio, from first discovery call to signed deal.
Dinner & drinks on us.
Who this is for
Native or fluent Italian or Spanish, comfortable in English
In Barcelona (or can be by then), able to start by 1 December at the latest. The earlier the better.
2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of closing deals yourself, not just booking them
You can run a full sales cycle: discovery, demo, handling objections, negotiating and closing
Full-time, on site in Barcelona
How it works
Drop your LinkedIn, your earliest start date and which market you’d sell to (Italy or Spain). 30 seconds, no CV.
On the night, you’ll get a deal handed over from one of our SDRs and run the full meeting with the business owner: dig into how their business really works, find what’s costing them money, show how fonio fixes it, handle their pushback on price, and walk away with a closed deal or a firm next step.
Hosted by Matteo, Marco, Carlos and Eric and the entire fonio BCN team
