​Lift This Way is back—and it’s about to get sweaty. 🥵🔥

​On Saturday, October 24, starting at 3 PM, This Way Munich is taking over Basement Gym for another community workout created for the queer community and our allies. 🌈

​Get ready for a challenging HYROX-style session featuring HYROX-specific exercises that will make us push, pull, sweat and probably question a few life choices along the way. Whether you already love HYROX or simply want to try something new with an amazing group of people, get ready to bring the energy and have a very good time.

​After the workout, we’ll stick around for a relaxed community hangout because recovering together is obviously part of the training plan. Come for the workout, stay for the people. 🫶🏼💪🏼
