In this Lady’s Lab, Amy introduces a surprising teacher of leadership: horses.
Through stories from her work with horses and the nervous system, she explores how our energy, presence, and internal state shape the way others experience our leadership.
Horses respond instantly to authenticity, clarity, and emotional congruence — making them powerful mirrors for how we show up in the world.
In this conversation we’ll explore:
• self-awareness of our own energy
• listening as the foundation of trust
• boundaries as a form of kindness
• the quiet strength of congruent leadership
Amy will also guide a short experiential exercise so participants can feel what it means to be fully present and held in someone’s attention — a simple but powerful way to understand leadership beyond words.
