Return to Inner Peace :A Sound Meditation with Light Breathwork

​This event is being hosted at The Holistic Expo in Drexel Hill, PA. You will be guided through a 30-minute Sound Journey with Breathwork. Set your own personal intention before relaxing into this soothing sound meditation with gentle vibrational frequencies from crystal singing bowls, a gong, chimes, and an ocean drum. Leave the session feeling a greater sense of calm and balance. Limited spots are available now. If you prefer to lay down for the sound bath, you can bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for the session. Chairs will also be provided in the workshop room.
