Breakfast, Boxing 101 & Badassery
For the girls who want to try boxing, but would prefer not to walk into a room full of men shadowboxing aggressively in the mirror.
This women-only class is your beginner-friendly intro to actual boxing: fundamentals, partner work, ring time, and a very necessary breakfast spread before we pretend we are calm, athletic, and coordinated. All equipment, including gloves and wraps, is provided.
From 10 AM to 11 AM, we’ll ease in with Breakfast for Champions: healthy sandwiches, coffee, matcha, pastries, and time to meet the other women. Then from 11 AM to 1 PM, we’ll get into two hours of instruction.
Hour one will cover the fundamentals — stance, footwork, guard, punches, and movement. Hour two will be partner drills and practice in the ring, giving you a real taste of boxing in a supportive, women-first environment.
Limited to 20 women so the class feels intimate, approachable.
This is for women who want to try real boxing in an environment that feels welcoming, social, and confidence-building. No experience needed. No ego required. Just show up, put the gloves on, and let yourself be a beginner.
