「形見」人生．生活整理工作坊
In Japanese, 形見（かたみ, katami）refers to an object left behind as a reminder of someone. Its significance often has little to do with its monetary value. Instead, it may hold a relationship, a chapter of life, or even a former version of ourselves.
But we do not have to wait until something is lost before asking:
What do I truly want to keep?

🏁 Katami: A Life Told Through Objects
This is not a workshop about decluttering, nor is it an end-of-life planning course. Through object reflection, writing and dialogue, we will explore:
My meaningful object: Why have I chosen to keep this particular object?
Objects and my life timeline: Which chapter of my life does it represent?
Keeping and letting go: Am I holding on to the object—or to an identity, relationship or regret?
Reordering what matters: If space were limited, what would I want to carry into the next stage of life?
Preparing for the next chapter: What do I want to keep, release and begin again?

如果有一天，人生只能留下十件物品，你會選擇哪十件？
日文「形見」（かたみ），原指一個人留下、讓他人記住自己的物品。它之所以重要，往往不在於價錢，而是因為一件物品裡，收藏著一段關係、一個人生階段，甚至是一個曾經的自己。
在這次工作坊中，我們會透過物品整理、書寫與對話，講解並引導參加者學習並實踐。
